Introduction

I support women and couples in navigating the many challenges and transitions we face throughout our lives. I see clients in person in my comfortable South Berwick office, and via telehealth anywhere in Maine. **MY CASELOAD IS CURRENTLY FULL** INDIVIDUALS I specialize in working with stressors around pregnancy, postpartum, and transition to parenthood (including grief, loss, and trauma). Anxiety, depression, and traumatic stress are the most common complication of pregnancy, as our minds, bodies, and daily lives change rapidly and in unexpected ways. Joys of growing your family often mix with many kinds of grief and worry, causing women to feel like it is all just too much sometimes! Therapy can be a place to take a breath, share the burden, face complicated emotions, and find healthy ways to cope and grow to meet the very real demands of this intense time in your life. **MY CASELOAD IS CURRENTLY FULL** COUPLES It's painful to feel disconnected from your spouse or partner, unseen or unappreciated, not knowing how to get back to the way you were, or get to where you hoped to go with this person you wanted to be closest to! You have tried to talk and work things out many times, but somehow, the conversation derails, and things often end in arguments, or in painful silence. Coming in to therapy as a couple can be scary, but also very rewarding, as we help you both slow down, find the words, heal past hurts, and build a stronger bond you can trust.
