Paulette Harvey, Licensed Professional Counselor

Counseling Paulette Harvey
Specialties: Depression, Trauma, Anxiety, ADD/ADHD, Cultural Adjustment,

Introduction

I offer individual therapy services to individuals over age 17. My areas of expertise include working with individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, trauma, postpartum anxiety/depression/anger, and providing LGBTQ+ and gender affirming care. My goal is to provide a safe environment for my clients to gain more self awareness and the opportunity for them to explore their healing process. I believe the therapeutic process provides a path to adapt, transform and find acceptance, promoting personal growth and development. I work from a humanistic approach and utilize an existential theory of psychology that values the unique individual experience, the wholeness of the self and the search for meaning and purpose. Seeking support is a sign of real strength and reinforces the value of the human connection. I believe in the ability people hold inside themselves and aim to provide validation of my clients' experiences and feelings, empowering them to make positive changes in their lives. I am honored to accompany my clients on their individual journeys toward healing. Please reach out if you are looking for support on your journey and help to identify and honor the strength you hold inside.
