Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Guiding individuals towards accepting their feelings and committing to meaningful actions. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT): Focusing on finding solutions in the present and future rather than dwelling on past issues. My areas of focus include: Anxiety Depression Executive Functioning Parent and Child Therapy Additionally, I have a strong background in supporting educators through their mental health journeys. Approach: My therapeutic approach is open, non-judgmental, and centered on your mental well-being. I believe in creating a collaborative environment where each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we will work towards building resilience and fostering a positive path forward. Outside of my professional life, I find joy in hiking and camping, spending quality time with my amazing children, and getting lost in a good book. These activities help me stay grounded and bring a sense of balance to my life, which I believe enhances the support I can offer to my clients. Thank you for considering me as part of your journey. I look forward to working with you towards achieving your goals and enhancing your overall well-being.
