She is also adept at getting professionals at risk for burnout back on track. Paula has worked across the healthcare system in crisis management, within both in and outpatient treatment facilities as a behavioral health practitioner and Director overseeing operations and programming, and within a Fortune 100 Corporation providing Employee Assistance Consultation and training. She has coached healthcare and other service-line professionals and leaders on leadership and organizational skills and understands organizational behavior and dynamics. Her education includes a B.A. in Speech Communication, M.A. in Counseling Psychology, Teacher Training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and a Certification in Executive and Organizational Coaching through the Columbia University Coaching Certification Program. Paula's practice is 100% Virtual using HIPAA secure technology and communication.
