By establishing a strong therapeutic relationship and utilizing my professional training, I am able to address issues such as anxiety, depression, acculturation and trauma. In my work with couples, I use Emotionally Focused therapy - a dynamic and experiential approach that focuses on building intimacy, safety, trust, and vulnerability in relationships. This approach is rooted in attachment theory and explores the needs, the fears, and longings that dictate how we interact and communicate with our loved ones.
