Beginning therapy can be both exciting and intimidating. I hope I can make the process of starting therapy as comfortable as possible. If you're suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, low self-esteem, stress, or just feel stuck in a rut, I can help! I also specialize in relationship issues, including romantic relationships, familial relationships, and work relationships. Our work together could incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic, EMDR and Mindfulness in order to remove the roadblocks preventing you from attaining the success and peace of mind you desire. I am also able to offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy when appropriate. Together, we will identify and confront self-destructive thoughts and problematic behavioral patterns to create positive change in your life. My approach is compassionate and non-judgmental. Whatever challenges you're facing, I look forward to being in your corner. I have Masters in Social Work from New York University and have been in practice since 2011.
