Introduction

I’m Paul Sheesley, a mental health practitioner with almost 20 years of experience in the field of clinical psychology and human behavior. My interests and specialties include working with adults, adolescents, couples, and families. I tailor treatment to fit each person’s unique needs. My success with such diverse clients stems from my ability to deeply understand my client’s perspective and goals for healing. I personalize evidence-based approaches to your specific circumstances; I recognize your situation is unlike any other and therefore warrants a unique therapeutic approach. No matter your goals, I always join in a compassionate, non-judgmental partnership to help achieve those goals and move forward in your life. I am flexible about when, where, and how I counsel, console, reassure, advise, and/or coach adults, couples and families who work with me to overcome hurdles, break down barriers and seize their best potential.
