Introduction

I am a general psychiatrist, Board Certified through the ABPN, providing both medication management and therapy. Treatment decisions are personalized, and evidence-based, ensuring they align with your values. I am comfortable working with medically complex cases, and draw from my additional years of experience in neurology, neuroscience, and clinical research. I primarily use cognitive behavioral techniques as my therapeutic approach, with elements of ACT, DBT, and CPT. Additionally I work with first responders, traumatic brain injury, and worker's compensation claims. Together, we will develop a specific plan to improve your mental health.
