Introduction

Often life can seem to be out of control, and our choices seem to be limited. We become more capable of making appropriate choices when we are aware of our circumstances. If you decide to become my client together, we can explore the options available to you and create the appropriate coping skills to help you through those seemly uncontrollable moments in your life. Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, substance use disorder, loss, unexpected events, or just feeling overwhelmed, we can work together to help you regain the control needed to live a more meaningful life. It does not matter the circumstances, situation, dilemma, or problem; I am interested in working with you through your journey. I will honor your goals by using the appropriate evidence-based techniques to assist you in reaching those goals. I use an existential approach to therapy while incorporating an eclectic orientation utilizing various approaches. My experience involves working with diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and adolescents. With a multicultural view, I thrive working with adolescents and individuals experiencing substance use disorder and those adjusting to life after incarceration. My philosophy is even though we are individuals, we are all connected energetically. Call or email Paul Kelly now for a free 15 minute consultation - (312) 612-0352
