Using a variety of techniques (EMDR, CBT, psychodynamic therapy), we will work on transforming your negative feelings about the past. If you find yourself filled with self hate and an inner voice that won't stop criticizing, we will focus on helping you talk to yourself with grace, compassion and acceptance.
