Introduction

Hi, I'm Paul. I specialize in empowering people to live their best, and most intentional lives through Solution-Focused therapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy. I look forward to learning about your challenges, and how we can overcome them together. I was first licensed in 1993 and since then, I've helped hundreds of individuals, couples, and families using modern, solution-focused approaches, including Clinical Hypnotherapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I stay current with the latest innovations and research through my role as a Graduate Instructor and AAMFT Approved Clinical Supervisor at Colorado State University. I'd love to hear from you about how I can help. Warm regards, Paul -Your Future Self Will Thank You-
