Introduction

Thank you for your interest in my mental health counseling services. In my 17 years of practice, of the various theoretical approaches, I mostly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have a passion for working with individuals, families and groups and specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety, depression and stress. Counseling can be hard work but I know that healing is possible because I've had my own personal journey. With a little determination and faith in God I can help you get back to a place of peace.
