Introduction

A PNW native who loves nature, people and pets. I have been working as a mental health and an addictions therapist for many years. I specialize in grief, life transitions and EMDR therapy for trauma. I often incorporate mindfulness based and body centered practices and techniques to assist emotional regulation and self-awareness. I am trained in and incorporate other evidence- based practices such as CBT, ACT and DBT as indicated. The goal is to recognize people as experts in their own lives and support them to overcome limitations to live as fully as one can.
