I started in community mental health treating children, youth, adults and couples from a wide range of cultural and ethnic backgrounds. During my 11 years in community mental health I ended up as the director for a community treatment center that hosted a variety of outpatient programs and services. I specialize in evidenced based treatments for Trauma, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, LBGBTQ*, Early Episode Psychosis and Psychobiological Couples Therapy. I have a strong focus in psychodynamic frameworks, with several years of experience treating many mental health conditions. More than anything, I offer a person centered and relational approach that embodies acceptance, safety, honesty, inclusivity and respect. Outside of my primary focuses, I have a diverse treatment toolbox that is individualized. Please reach out to schedule a free consultation. I look forward to meeting you! (currently only serving residents of Massachusetts)
