I believe therapy should be client-centered and focused on building autonomy and feeling empowered. This is accomplished by forming a strong therapeutic relationship so we can discuss concerns from a compassionate, nonjudgmental position. We will also work together to meet your goals. I’ve found that people need a safe, supportive environment in which they can feel heard and understood without the fear of judgement, shame, and anger.
