Introduction

It is my highest priority as a therapist to create a genuine, safe, and supportive environment so you can feel comfortable expressing yourself. I am dedicated to helping you explore options for change, and together we will learn about your strengths and how to utilize them as we navigate the complexities of everyday life. I will provide you with feedback, advice, and valuable life skills in each session. I have specific interests in mindfulness-based approaches that help to reduce anxiety. I have particular experience working with anxiety and depression disorders, substance abuse, trauma, veterans, and relationship issues. Let me help you through the process of building yourself back up, and breaking the bad habits and thoughts you may have about yourself. Asking for assistance can feel a bit scary, but you deserve to feel the joys that life has to offer. Please feel free to contact me for a phone consultation, or to discuss questions you might have. Together we will discover how to meet your needs, honor your strengths, and embrace the power of YOU.
