Hello! Thank you for taking time to view my profile. I am a clinical counselor who believes in taking a collaborative approach to help you reach your goals. I work with adult individuals and use a variety of therapeutic techniques to assist you in identifying ineffective behavioral patterns and thoughts that can keep you from moving forward in your life. I work especially well with women's issues, relational challenges, boundaries, assertiveness, anxiety disorders, trauma, stress management, chronic illness, and challenges related to spirituality and faith. You might be in a life transition—from college student to adulting, from single to married, or from married to divorced. Maybe you’re having your first child or finding yourself with an empty nest. Perhaps you feel disconnected or disillusioned in your spiritual life. Counseling is something everyone can benefit from; the key is finding the counselor that is the right fit for your needs.
