After a long career as a hospice social worker I transitioned to private practice in 2012. I pursued additional training to focus on working with individuals facing many different challenges, including aging, end-of-life, health concerns, addictions, family conflict, grief, navigating mid-life and resolving old issues that impact quality of life. I believe self-awareness, gratitude and kindness to self and others can create positive changes within the individual, effecting their relationships and the community in which they live.
