Introduction

I have noticed that most clients want to understand what they are experiencing. They want to find relief from their symptoms and feel they have some control over their lives. With support and education, I have noticed clients are more receptive to treatment and recovery. I have over 7 years of experience in crisis counseling and intervention. I have worked with all ages and backgrounds. I believe in treating clients holistically, to help reduce symptoms and improve their quality of life. I have experience in Trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, Couples Therapy, and Crisis. I believe we all face difficult times and that does not define who we are. Most often, when I meet my clients they are going through some of the most difficult experiences in their life. My goal is to provide an unbiased, welcoming, and therapeutic environment. I assist clients in building personal strengths and emotional wellness.
