My approach to counseling is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where my clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings, and where they can develop the skills and tools they need to thrive. I have more than 5 years of combined counseling and education experience helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. I specialize in a wide range of areas, including Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Trauma, Grief and Relationship Issues. I offer a variety of evidence-based counseling services, including Humanistic theoretical framework, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also offer specialized services for adolescents, as well as support for LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and families.
