Introduction

Sometimes it is hard to grapple with stumbling blocks, sometimes it's even hard to see what they truly are. It's a bit like trying to look at a spot in the middle of our back. We might twist ourselves into a pretzel but can't see it very well by ourselves. It helps to have an additional heart-centered set of eyes, a mirror, on what we're encountering. In therapy I can be that mirror ~ together we can develop fresh ideas on how to improve your life, to increase self-understanding and strengthen relationships. It is a sign of strength, courage, and resolve to seek help. With 22 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, I'm focused on the well-being and emotional health of my clients using therapy that is grounded in mental health science and skillful practice.
