Introduction

I offer a welcoming and encouraging environment to come and talk. My clients always tell me they feel my office is a safe place. When working with children or adolescents I can help parents or caregivers have a better understanding of the reasons behavior has changed, including acting out, not sleeping, or getting scared easily. I offer evidence based treatment Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I understand that scary things can happen and sometimes we don't realize it was wrong because it was someone we trusted who did the bad things. Let me provide a safe place for you so you don't have to carry that scary thing all by yourself. Learn that this is not your fault. A person is never too old to get help from a childhood trauma.
