Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor (LPC-S) in the State of Texas with over 20 years of experience providing compassionate and effective counseling to individuals of all ages. My specialty areas include trauma-informed care, addiction, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I also work with couples and families. I'm currently providing Telehealth appointments for ages 12 and up for clients living in TEXAS. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to empower clients to overcome challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change. In addition to my clinical practice, I offer clinical supervision to Licensed Professional Counselor - Associates in the State of Texas, helping them grow professionally and refine their skills. Clients working with me can expect to leave sessions with: Clarity and Direction: A clearer understanding of their challenges and actionable steps to address them. Practical Tools: Skills and strategies to manage stress, improve emotional well-being, and navigate life transitions. Empowerment: A renewed sense of confidence and control over their life circumstances. Personal Growth: Insights into patterns of thought and behavior, leading to meaningful change and resilience. Supportive Environment: A safe, non-judgmental space where they can openly explore their thoughts and feelings. Through evidence-based approaches like Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I aim to guide clients toward achieving their goals and living a more balanced and fulfilling life.
