Patricia Davila, LAC is a bilingual English/Spanish therapist who recognizes the role of culture in mental health. She offers a safe space to form a cooperative relationship to work together and create a new understanding of an individual’s experience. Patricia believes mental health stigma is a huge barrier and the reason many people avoid seeking treatment. She would like to encourage you to fight stigma by using your personal voice to talk about issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, bipolar disorder, bullying, anger, panic attacks, peer-pressure, relationship issues, loneliness, stress, suicidal feelings, and low self-esteem. Patricia utilizes CBT, DBT, Narrative therpay, Solution focused and Art Therapy. She has worked with adolescents between the ages of 10-17 years old and adults. She graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Human Services and a Master's in Counseling from Grand Canyon University. She was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Phoenix area in 2011. Her happy place is walking along the beach with her barefeet in the sand.
