Introduction

As your therapist, my focus is on improving your quality of life. Whether your past haunts you or your life overwhelms you, I will help you in developing healthy ways of coping and achieving more balance in your life. That is how my therapy works. I can help you find your way. In my practice, I work with adults and teens who are depressed or anxious, or simply are coping with a painful or troubling change in their lives. Some have old wounds that need healing or have developed long worn habits they wish to change. Much of my practice is devoted to couples and family issues. Because of my background in medical psychology, I also work with people who need to develop effective skills for coping with chronic illness, or tools for managing stress related illnesses.
