Hola and Hello! I'm so glad that you have taken on this journey of introspection, growth, and healing. I'm Patricia Alvarado and I am the Owner/Director of Alvarado Therapy, a group mental health practice based out of California. I have been in the helping profession for over ten years, working with children, teens, and adults. I explore things from a multicultural lens, allowing me to understand your individual needs through active listening, empathy, and from a non-judgmental standpoint. I specialize in EMDR, CBT, Solution Focused Treatment, and Mindfulness which allows me to focus on my client's needs in the here and now to help create trust within the therapeutic relationship.
