I specialize in helping clients understand their own strengths and capacities to manage stresses and difficult situations in life. Whether it is a new situation or issues you have struggled throughout your life, together we can find an approach that helps you heal and thrive within your community. I use humor and empathy to make sure that you feel seen and understood. In my practice, I use an individualized approach to treatment, using the latest findings in the field to ensure that my clients thrive within their communities. I specialize in "difficult cases", treating trauma, personality disorders and mood disorders in all ages, from toddlers to elders. I also have specialized training in working with clients struggling with addiction.
