Patrice Williams, LCSW offers behavioral health services to address difficulties that may include depression, anxiety, behavioral difficulties, attention issues, anger management needs, and social difficulties. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at UNC-Chapel Hill in 2015 and her Master of Social Work degree at UNC Charlotte in 2017. She has provided behavioral health therapy for 5 years working with youth, adolescents, adults and families. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Parent Child Interaction Therapist and Rostered SPARCS Therapist. Patrice provides therapy to individuals, family who want to enhance their parent-child relationships and teens who may work better in a group setting to address their problems and achieve their goals. Although it may not be easy to seek help for issues like these, I hope that by receiving services through Family First Therapeutic Services, you will be better able to understand your situation and feelings and move toward resolving your difficulties. I will use my knowledge and professional skills to help you improve your situation. It is important to know that no specific results are guaranteed, and in some cases, therapy may lead to unanticipated emotional stress as well as improvement, I feel it is important for you to explore your own thoughts and feelings and to try new approaches in order for change to occur. If you have any special needs or requests, I will do my best to accommodate those needs whenever possible. You may bring family members to appointments if you feel this would be beneficial to treatment or if recommended. During the session, I may make recommendations about next steps in addressing your problem.
