Introduction

Building a therapeutic alliance is essential for real change to occur. Truly knowing and understanding yourself is one of the most important ventures to undergo. I provide a calm and supportive environment for clients to be heard, validated and understood. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, or unresolved trauma, I am here to help. Together we can find hope and resilience. I use a positive, collaborative and strength-based approach to therapy. It is my mission to help clients find their worth and empower them to increase their capacity to grow and heal. I provide an environment where clients are free to learn new coping strategies that will fit their needs. As a therapist, I aim to provide therapy that leads with understanding, integrity, authenticity, warmth and professionalism. My many years in the education and social service fields have equipped me to provide community resources beyond your mental health needs. I enjoy working with youth, individuals and families. My specialties include anxiety, depression, stress management, and trauma.
