Introduction

Everyone is resourceful and has an internal healing fountain. I recognize this in each person who I form a therapeutic alliance with. My purpose is to create an authentic, warm, and safe environment where you can give yourself permission to be vulnerable and show up as you are. In my approach, I engage both the body and the mind by incorporating breath-work and mindfulness techniques in conjunction with traditional forms of psychodynamic therapy (talk-therapy) and EMDR therapy. I provide both individual and group therapy services that are trauma-informed and person-centered. I specialize in serving LGBTQIA+ community, survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, and individuals who experience anxiety and depression.
