Collaboratively we’ll explore challenges you are experiencing and figure out how to overcome them, together. I am interested in what is and isn’t working in your life and how you'd like to make changes to better meet your desired goals. Our work together will be a combination of curiosity, self-exploration and self-reflection to better acknowledge what you need, think and feel. Therapy is about feeling more attuned with yourself and the world around you.
