Introduction

I am a pre-licensed relationship therapist who helps clients heal their connections. Often people in relationships become bogged down in a dysfunctional pattern that they cannot see. They understand that it is causing distress, yet aren't sure how to change it. I have experience finding the pattern so that all people involved can work toward changing and healing it. I received my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University in August 2022. I believe that all individuals are also part of many different groups or "systems." These relationships can support us or sometimes create challenges for us. When I work with individuals, I help support them to be the best individuals within their various relationships. If you and your partner(s) or family come to sessions, I will support everyone to change and find a healthier way to relate. I see clients in-person Tuesdays 5-9 pm and Wednesdays 9 am - 1 pm in Denver at 3035 W 25th Ave (People House). Ask me about telehealth and nature-based sessions as well.
