Introduction

Are you struggling with anxiety or having panic attacks? Do you notice tightness in your chest or have difficulty breathing in certain situations? Are you feeling overwhelmed when dealing with life’s challenges? You have the ability to find your inner peace and regain control of life’s ups and downs. It is possible to understand yourself more and to have more control of how you react to your emotions. You can surf the waves of life with more ease and be able to notice and appreciate your innate gifts and strengths. I’m not just a talk therapist. I use techniques beyond traditional talk therapy to tap into the parts of you that aren't always accessible through words. Therapy may be challenging sometimes, but it's worth it. I am a certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist, and I incorporate aspects of mindfulness, parts work, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and meditation into my practice. When you are ready to take steps to find your inner peace, please feel free to contact me to schedule a free 15 minute consultation. You can also visit my website at https://www.trueselfinprogress.com to learn more about my services. Thanks!
