Introduction

Are you struggling with anxiety or panic attacks? Are you having challenges with sleep, racing thoughts, or feeling on edge? Is it hard for you to say no and stand up for yourself? Do you feel like you can’t express your needs in relationships? If life feels overwhelming, therapy can help you to feel confident in your decision making ability and empowered to set boundaries that work for you. You can assert your needs without feeling guilty. You can have relationships where you feel like you matter. I am a certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist, and I incorporate aspects of mindfulness and parts work into my practice. I am both a therapist and someone who has experienced anxiety. I know what it is like to feel out of control, but it is possible to get unstuck and feel self-assured in your life choices. When you are ready to move forward with therapy, please email me to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to discuss how I can assist you. I have immediate openings for clients via telehealth.
