I’m a licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to intergenerational healing through trauma informed holistic therapeutic culturally responsive services. My work focuses on working with young children, youth, women, and families. I believe in every person is the expert on their own lives and I am here to simply help as WE discover and learn the tools to live a life that feels most authentic to YOU. I’m passionate about co-creating healing for individuals and families as well as offer consultation services and training on various topics such as Trauma in Early Childhood and Self Care for Healers.
