Introduction

We all need a hand sometimes, perhaps now more than ever. I specialize in working with girls and women ages 15-75. I believe women are unique and that our strengths, needs and experiences are unique; my approach is tailored to those unique strengths, needs and experiences. I whole-heartedly believe that the connection and relationship between client and therapist is one of the most healing aspects in psychotherapy. Through therapy we can learn to develop mutually empowering, growth- fostering connections and to resist disconnections.
