Introduction

My journey to becoming a therapist is rooted in both personal and professional experiences, making me a unique and credible choice as a healer. As a mother of four adult children, I have firsthand knowledge of the complexities and challenges that come with family dynamics and relationships. This deep understanding of the intricacies of family life allows me to empathize with my clients and provide tailored guidance. Moreover, my decision to change careers from a business development manager to a therapist in 2020 reflects my profound commitment in helping others and my passion for personal growth and healing. This transition shows my dedication to pursuing a path that aligns with my true calling and purpose in life. Having worked in business development, I bring valuable skills such as active listening, problem-solving, and strategic thinking into my therapeutic practice. These skills, coupled with my professional training and years of experience, enable me to approach therapy with a well-rounded and practical perspective. The purpose of the therapy is ultimately in your hands. You decide where and how far you would like to go. My role is to help you get to the destination, and support you through your journey. I may introduce many healing modalities and techniques my clients can try, but I respect my clients’ decision to try or not to try. My clients have to feel free and respected in order for the healing to occur. By choosing Me as your therapist/healer, you can be confident that you are partnering with someone who has faced life's challenges, made courageous decisions, and embraced transformation. This background of personal growth, combined with my expertise in mental health, trauma recovery, and relationship dynamics, makes Me an authentic and trustworthy guide on the path to healing and self-discovery.
