I am passionate about helping teens (age 13+), adults, and couples learn to identify their strengths and to better understand themselves to reach their full potential and live their best lives. I implement various therapeutic strategies to best fit each client with a personalized approach. I offer counseling services to a wide range of clients by guiding, empowering, and assisting them through abusive and traumatic experiences, with a specialization in marriage, executive leaders, first responders, and the military. I create a safe space for those experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, marital and women's issues. Life and the weight of uncertainty at times can feel overwhelming.
