My approach is individually formulated for your specific challenges, and I treat all diagnoses with an emphasis on mood disorders, relationship issues, grief/loss, substance use, and trauma. My approach utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions to enhance self-awareness, emotional expression, and acceptance. We are meant to live a productive and meaningful life.
