My training in Ayurveda deepens this holistic perspective, inviting us to cultivate balance in all aspects of our lives. As a trauma-informed therapist, these nature-based perspectives, along with Sound and Breathwork, provide concrete tools to soothe the nervous system, and, attuning with the wisdom of the body, release what's no longer useful.
