Introduction

Just like a seed, all of us are born with the intuitive wisdom we need to blossom into our truest selves. Often, the experience of suffering is an initiation into the unknown, an invitation to discover a more whole vision of ourselves. If you are undergoing change or are looking to create new ways of being in the world, the work we do together will help you embrace life's challenges as opportunities for growth and transformation. Informed by eastern philosophy, mindfulness, and somatics, we explore your inner life, identify limiting patterns, develop your mind-body-spirit connection, and deepen your capacity for joy and presence. I use the Depth/Jungian approach that follows the creative wisdom of your own being to give voice to what lies outside of everyday awareness. My training in Ayurveda deepens this holistic perspective, inviting us to cultivate balance in all aspects of our lives. Traditions that honor the greater rhythms of Nature serve as a guiding source of inspiration. As a trauma-informed therapist, these nature-based perspectives, along with Sound and Breathwork, provide concrete tools to soothe the nervous system, and, attuning with the wisdom of the body, release what's no longer useful. Personal growth is a lifelong journey — it's always an honor to support individuals and couples on their unique path.
