Introduction

Having worked with adults, children and families for 30 years and I am often amazed at the strength of the human spirit. I feel that the most important path to healing is feeling comfortable in the therapy session and having the courage to do the work. I specialize in trauma and work collaboratively with clients to create a treatment plan. I have found that it often takes more than talking to work through trauma, I utilize somatic approaches such as; EMDR, SSP and Play Therapy.
