Welcome! Most people struggle with issues on their own for a while before they reach out for help. It's understandable. In the past, when we've been struggling, we might have been taught to be independent and "just get over it". But all of us need a little help at some time or another. It's normal. I specialize in working with people who are experiencing work-related issues (interpersonal conflicts, leadership concerns, burnout, etc.), stress, anxiety, caregiver stress, alcohol issues, and/or relationship conflicts (work-related or personal). I provide individual and group psychotherapy counseling services for adults age 18 and older. I also provide individual life coaching services. These coaching services are best used when you're working toward a goal (professional or personal) and need coaching but not necessarily psychotherapy services. All life coaching session fees are the same rate as listed below and are self-pay, meaning no insurance claims are submitted and payment is made directly from the client. My perspective is that we work together as a team. I use a straight-forward, compassionate, and respectful style of providing services. While I use a variety of therapeutic interventions, I specialize in using evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. Since I am also a Believer in God, I can incorporate Christian counseling practices, when requested. I actively listen to my clients, and we create a game-plan together for moving forward to reduce or resolve your concerns. I often assign homework activities so you can develop skills in between sessions to accelerate your progress. After all, who doesn't want to feel better faster? Fees: Initial Assessment: (Required for the first appointment) 60-minutes: $180.00 Therapy Sessions: 30-minutes: $ 60.00 45-minutes: $ 90.00 60-minutes: $120.00 90-minutes: $180.00 Group Therapy Sessions: 45-minutes: $ 45.00 60-minutes: $ 60.00 90-minutes: $ 90.00 Pay by: Credit Card, Debit Card, FSA or HSA debit card, or United Healthcare insurance or Cash. Payment is due at time of service. Accepted Insurance Plans: United Healthcare insurance only. If you have an insurance plan other than United Healthcare, I am an out-of-network provider. However, I can furnish you with the paperwork necessary for reimbursement from your insurance company at the out-of-network provider reimbursement rate (if applicable); and/or clients can use this paperwork for reimbursement from an HSA or FSA account.
