Introduction

I have had the unique privilege of supporting many individuals in some of their most challenging days. What I've observed in these situations, is the immeasurable benefit of a having a genuine person to lean on and process these challenges. The clients I work with tend to be goal driven and desire some type of a change in their daily life. The therapy process offers the ability to process situations that may be difficult while also giving clients the ability to learn new skills that improve their daily lives and relationships. Since graduating with my Masters in Social Work, I have spent the last decade providing individuals in South Dakota and Minnesota with a wide range of psychological services and have seen firsthand the benefits of evidence-based mental health interventions. Reaching out can feel intimidating but I don't think it has to. I look forward to helping you on your journey.
