Introduction

Hi there! I'm Paige Sutula, a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate, and a a co-owner of Rocky Mountain Relational Therapy PLLC. As a relationship therapist, I believe connection is at the heart of well-being. When relationships feel unstable, it can impact every aspect of life. My practice focuses on improving relationship dynamics—whether with romantic partners, family, friends, or yourself. I specialize in helping people navigate emotional disconnection, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and body image concerns. I show up as a human first, creating a comfortable space where you can be authentic. Together, we’ll explore what’s helpful—and what isn’t. I’m passionate about helping couples restore emotional connection and intimacy. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, which shifts patterns of disconnection into deeper connection and growth. I also hold a certificate in integrative sex therapy and welcome clients looking to reignite intimacy. My style is warm, collaborative, and attuned to your unique needs. Through insight, strengths you already hold, and even a little humor, meaningful change is possible. Therapy can be a safe place to remove obstacles between you and the life you envision. You are not alone—I’m here to help. OFFICE LOCATION: 8795 Ralston Rd, Ste 260 Arvada, CO, 80002
