Introduction

Hello, my name is Paige Dildy. I am a graduate of New Mexico Highlands University and have earned a master's degree in social work. I decided I wanted to work in the mental health field because I believe we should all have the option for services that promote growth and healing. With a passion for offering mental health services and resources since I was a young teen because of my own struggles, I feel privileged to be a professional that individuals and families can come to for support. I offer a solution focused and strengths based approach. In addition, I employ CBT and experiential modalities as well as use a family systems focus when appropriate. It is my belief that therapy is often a first step in investing in oneself and can be a space that holds room for vulnerability without judgment.
