Introduction

As a therapist, my expertise is helping people struggling with: Anxiety - such as feelings of being overwhelmed, worried, stressed, difficulty in social situations, sleep, or having panic attacks. This may be related to a life transition or an ongoing issue where you are feeling stuck. Eating, Weight, and Body Image Concerns - such as binge eating, purging, bulimia, food restriction, over exercising, or feelings of shame or frustration with food or your body. In therapy, we will explore your beliefs, thought patterns, and behaviors that may not be working for you and identify new ways of thinking or behaving that can improve your happiness and quality of life. I received a Master in Social Work in 2008 from University of Washington in Seattle. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and Washington.
