Hello! My name is Paige Grove and I work with individuals, couples and families (ages 5-55) who are experiencing transitions in life, adjustment disorders, anxiety, stress, loneliness, self esteem problems or social/familial relational problems. I will sit with you in your hard times and try to help you find your way through. I use a person centered approach to listen to the language and tools that you are already using and work to strengthen and build more tools in building that bridge.
