Hi there, I'm Paddy I believe that the work of therapy needs to be done in an atmosphere of safety, intelligence, warmth and humor. I work with people from adolescence to adulthood, struggling with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, loss, anger, loneliness, difficulty adjusting to changes in health status, relationship problems, or simply feeling stuck. Together, we can identify patterns of thoughts and behaviors that have become problematic or painful, and find an alternative path forward.
