I have experience in working with children, adolescence, and adults coming with different backgrounds, issues, and concerns. My specialty lies in working with individual's who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar, borderline, autism, and suicide ideation. One of the most important things for me is to create an environment that is judgment-free and safe. Sometimes we are heard but not listened and sympathized but not empathized. Through a person-centered and cognitive-behavioral approach, I believe that together we can find a path to take the right step for a greater life experience.
