We are emotional creatures that occasionally think. This reactivity causes suffering due to our lack of full integration (Mind, Body, Spirit). What is optional? How long, how deep and who else is affected? We either transmit or transform our pain/suffering. Our activation is a doorway to healing. Awareness breeds options/choices to engage in a way that may provide FLOW (Fun, Loving, Open, Willing). We cannot fully discovery or uncover alone. *Therapeutic Style* Client-centered, strengths-based, motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral, BrainSpotting, educational and presence. *www.insight-counseling-center.com*
