Our Inner Journey, LLC is a woman and minority owned mental health and wellness practice established in 2019 and located in Washington, D.C. We get it, you're motivated and you're ready for change, but find yourself overwhelmed, stressed and experiencing the same unproductive results. Our vision is for you to reignite the fire that is within, lean into your authentic self, learn to be accepting of EVERY part of your being, so you may live confidently and unapologetically! Our Inner Journey provides transformative, holistic skills & interventions to eliminate negative lifestyle patterns. We use therapeutic tools such as- psychotherapy, cognitive -behavioral therapy, mindfulness meditation and yoga while incorporating knowledge of our chakras, astrology and ancestral connections. We are guides to help you heal emotional wounds and restore effective thought patterns, so we can grow and thrive with you!
